Programming

After you have completed your Free Intro Class and cleared by one of our coaches you will be welcomed into our Group Class. Group Classes run throughout the day, almost every day of the week, and are designed to get you the good stuff- lose weight, gain strength and endurance, agility and balance, coordination and accuracy, all while having a good time and becoming a member of our community. Regardless of how you earn an income or your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at CrossFit Razor


Rules

Arrive early. If you’re not early, you’re late. You should arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Give yourself time to get prepared. Clean up and put away your toys. Pick up your used tape, pens, notebooks, scrap paper, chalk, band-aids, water bottles, and sweaty clothes. Put away all of the equipment you used back where it belongs. Stack the boxes neatly, put the bars in the racks, stack the plates in order and hang up your jump ropes. Respect our equipment. Drop as a last resort. Put things down gently. Dropping weight should be a necessity, not a convenience. Bumpers are designed for emergency dropping, not dropping for every rep of Fran. Always keep your weight under control. NEVER drop an empty barbell. NEVER drop a kettlebell or dumbbell. Our equipment was expensive and the more we have to replace it the more we have to charge you. Chalk stays in the chalk bucket. It is also messy. Use as much as you need but keep the excess inside the chalk bucket because the dust covers everything in the entire gym and makes it very hard to keep the box clean. Try hard. Effort earns respect. Don’t drag people down with a bad attitude. Be optimistic, have fun, push yourself and those around you to do better. Don’t cheat. No one cares what your score was. Everyone cares if you cheated. Be honest with everyone else and be honest with yourself. You know what full range of motion is, so there is no excuse for half reps. If someone calls you out for doing something wrong, listen to them. The person standing around watching you workout has a much better perspective on what you’re doing then you do. Take ownership. Be responsible and respectful and take pride in your gym. Don’t let others get away with things that are bad for them or bad for the gym. Remind people to take their clothes with them and their water bottles. If you see someone doing something that you’re pretty sure will hurt them, tell them to cut it out. We don’t care who it is, even if it is Thomas dead lifting with a rounded back, you can call him out. Safety first! Bring things to our attention. If you notice that equipment is broken, lights are out, there’s no toilet paper, bring it to our attention so we can do something about it.

The food you put into your body will directly impact your success, and everyone has their individual needs. While our general nutritional advice is straight forward, we recognize that putting it into practice can be difficult.
The power of good coaching cannot be underestimated. The right coaches can take sports teams to championships, businesses to greater profit, and individuals to peak performance.

Our Nutrition Program uses a variety of methods to help our members:
• Establish and take action towards achieving nutrition-based goals
• Modifying behaviors in order to achieve those goals
• Become self-reliant and gain confidence
• Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments

Pricing
$100 per phase
• 12 week program broken down into 4 phases
• Each phase includes a one on one meeting
• There is education on macronutrients, dairies, gluten and organic foods
• There is daily communication and one on one support

Once you have finished your intro class and our on ramp program you will be able to participate in our group classes. Our CrossFit program is designed to get you in the best shape of your life! We combine weightlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, kettlebells, running, rowing… and anything else we can think of into a fitness experience designed to increase your overall strength and conditioning so you’re ready to take on anything that life might throw at you! Private Coaching

Group Classes are designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, but when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats our One on One Coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results. One on One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Your private programming experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:

  • Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
  • Strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
  • Post-workout recovery techniques
  • Health, wellness, and lifestyle support
